Besa Kastrati
I am a Melbourne-based doula and infant massage instructor, based in Boronia supporting women and families across the eastern, inner eastern, and south-eastern suburbs through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into motherhood with care, respect, and presence. I hold a Bachelor degree in Midwifery and have worked as a midwife in Turkey, supporting women through pregnancy, labour, and birth in clinical settings.
Liz Dempsey
Liz’s strengths are her calm presence, intuitive care, and practical experience. She offers steady, non-judgemental support and evidence-based guidance. Her aim is for families to look back on their birth and postpartum feeling supported, confident, and genuinely cared for.
Tessa Jungling
Tessa’s strengths lie in offering evidence-based education, a calming presence, and non-judgemental support (along with delicious treats). Her goal is for families to look back on their birth and postpartum as beautiful, positive experiences where they felt supported, informed, and genuinely held.
Kylie Sotiriou
I support families through birth in all kinds of settings. From first-timers to VBAC, hospital births to home births, spontaneous labour or a planned C-section, I'm here for all of it! My job is to help you feel informed, held, and fully supported every step of the way (with zero pressure and no judgement, ever). I’ll be your sounding board, your hip squeezer, your space-holder, and your biggest hype girl — reminding you just how capable you are when things get loud or crazy. I’m not here to take over, I’m here to walk beside you and help you feel at home and in control of your birth.
Georgia Cato
As a doula, my greatest strength lies in my ability to offer deeply grounded, intuitive, and emotionally attuned care, holding space for birthing families in a way that feels steady, nourishing, and calm. My clients often describe me as someone who brings warmth, confidence, and a sense of peace into their birth and postpartum spaces. I have a natural ability to read the energy of a room and respond with exactly what is needed—whether that’s quiet presence, gentle encouragement, practical support, or hands-on comfort.
