The Radiant Birth Doula Collective is a team of qualified birth and postpartum doulas that help bring continuity of care to these sacred rites of passage.
Oft times the work of a doula is a solo endeavour, it can be lonely if a little isolating and most often lacks the support of like-minded peers who get it, get you and are there beside you to support and champion you.
As a full spectrum doula myself, I know this feeling well. My first hope is to see you thrive in the pregnancy, birth and motherhood spaces. My second is to support you and sustain you so you can see a bright future in this work. My third and deepest motivation is to connect mothers, birthing people and families with the kind of support that just might change the world one birth, one broth and one hug at a time.

I am a bit of a dreamer and maybe you are too?
As the new-ish owner of Radiant Birth, I aim to honour her essence because I love what it offers to the community; and to also allow it to evolve with me. In the first year, I plan to make lots of plans for the future and to master what we currently offer.
In time, once I am in the flow of things, I do have some big, a couple kinda crazy, and wonderful ideas on how Radiant Birth can grow and expand. I want Radiant Birth to soar and I want everyone who is part of it to thrive just the same.
I hope to be able to bring projects to the team, that offer you the opportunity to be part of it as an equal or whatever your capacity is, and not as your “boss”.
I hope to increase the frequency and expand locations of the 3-day birth course, looking to also offer a 1-day birthmapping course and 3-hr birth skills workshop.
I hope to grow the team, look at offering a mentoring program for beginner doulas and maybe even hosting a retreat/conference event for birthworkers (WHAT?!)

As a member of the Radiant Birth Doula Collective you:

Will be part of an amazing team of birth and postpartum doulas, including a whatsapp chat conenction space

I really am just getting started, and have already implemented a number of changes to Radiant Birth’s offerings.
Last year we had 14k pageviews, 7k visitors and 5.5k unique visitors to the website (3.4k of these were from Victoria) and I am working hard to increase RB’s exposure as well as to get eyes on the work and power of having doula support in birth and postpartum.
We will always be evolving and growing. The Radiant Birth Collective is working on adding the following additional benefits to the team which are currently in the works:
Launching online zoom offerings for birth reflections, birth preparation and postpartum preparation chats, all doulas can be involved and have an additional income stream (launching in October 2025)
Review the current referral commission system and team member model, to make sure this works for everyone!
Involvement in Radiant Birth Books on Birth after Trauma and Nourished Postpartum

Your investment
To become a member of the Radiant Birth Doula Collective you:
Pay a 12 month membership fee of $240
As a member of the Radiant Birth Doula Collective you:
Pay a once off referral fee for every client that you book via the Radiant Birth brand; this can happen via contact form, socials or if they indicate they found you through RB, it’s an honesty system based on trust, if they come to you as a result of RB then the referral fee is payable. It is important that your packages are priced to incorporate this cost.
The referral fee is 10% or $240 whichever is lower, this enables smaller packages to have a reasonable referral fee and that you are paid a living wage for your work.
Because you have important wisdom to share and when we share we’re all better for it:
Commit to one 30 minute knowledge sharing sessions per calendar year which will be held during our monthly catch ups or you can pre-record it
OR one article on a relevant topic for the Radiant Birth website (with your name credited as author)
