Live Monthly with Replay Access Worldwide
Once a month. Tuesdays. 10am (AEST). Join live online from anywhere in the world, or access the replay when it suits you.
breath and body is an intentional, monthly space where you can carve out time to utilise breath, meditation, movement, and reflection. It is about connecting with the body as a communicator. Through gentle practice and invitation, you are supported to listen to bodily sensations as meaningful cues. These may relate to emotions, internal states, or lived experiences. By slowing down, moving the body, and paying attention, you can create space to gain insight around what your body is trying to communicate, through the beautiful tools of movement, language, understanding, and reflection.
This is your gentle, consistent space to come back into your body. Designed to support regulation, embodiment, and steadiness in a world that asks a lot of us. This is not about fixing, pushing, or striving.
It is about remembering how to soften, how to breathe, and how to listen.
Over 10 months and 10 sessions, we move through a series of themes, each inviting you to slow down, arrive in your body, and listen to what is present. This is not about fixing, pushing, or striving. It is about remembering how to soften, how to breathe, and how to respond with care.
This practice is suitable for pregnancy, postpartum, birth workers, carers, and anyone craving a pause. We know that regulation is not a one and done thing, it is built through repetition, safety, and rhythm - cultivating a practice in service of self care.
This is a slow, sustainable and human approach to support your wellbeing.
A monthly practice allows:
The nervous system to learn safety through consistency
The body to unwind gradually rather than all at once
Reflection and integration between sessions
A sense of continuity and belonging

Session themes
Over 10 months and 10 sessions, we will move through a series of themes, each inviting you to reconnect with your body, your needs, and the wisdom that lives there.
Coming Home to the Body: A return. This theme invites you to soften out of the head and back into your body as a place of information, safety, and truth. Less fixing, more remembering.
Safety & Grounding: Before we can feel, we need to feel safe enough to arrive. We focus on creating internal and external conditions that support settling, orienting, and being here, now.
Listening In: Developing the practice of tuning into sensation, cues, and subtle signals. Learning to notice without rushing to interpret or change what is present.
Self-Compassion & Kindness: Meeting the body exactly as it is. This theme gently disrupts self-criticism and invites a softer, more forgiving relationship with ourselves.
Boundaries: Exploring how the body communicates yes, no, enough, and not yet. A chance to feel into limits, edges, and the wisdom of containment.
Co-Regulation & Connection: Acknowledging that nervous systems are relational. We explore how connection, presence, and shared space can support regulation and ease.
Rest & Permission: Making space to honour needs without justification or guilt. An invitation to rest not as collapse, but as repair and replenishment.
Stress Relief & Release: Creating pathways for stored tension to move through and out. Less holding, more letting go, in ways that feel safe and self-directed.
Strength & Capacity: A moment of acknowledgement. Not pushing or proving, but recognising resilience, adaptability, and what the body has carried and can carry.
Trusting the Body: Rebuilding confidence in the body’s signals and timing. This theme supports leaning into intuition, knowing, and the quiet intelligence within.
