Breath and Body
a monthly grounding practice
Once a month. Tuesdays. 10am.
A gentle, consistent space to come back into your body.
Breath and Body is a monthly practice designed to support regulation, embodiment, and steadiness in a world that asks a lot of us. This is not about fixing, pushing, or striving. It is about remembering how to soften, how to breathe, and how to listen.
Each month we gather to move slowly, breathe intentionally, and reconnect with the body as a place of safety and wisdom.
This practice is suitable for pregnancy, postpartum, birth workers, carers, and anyone craving a pause. We know that regulation is not a one and done thing, itt is built through repetition, safety, and rhythm - cultivating a practice in service of self care. This is a slow, sustainable and human approach to support your wellbeing.
A monthly practice allows:
The nervous system to learn safety through consistency
The body to unwind gradually rather than all at once
Reflection and integration between sessions
A sense of continuity and belonging
