Traditional Chinese Medicine – The Golden Month
With our guest practitioner, Michaela, learn the wisdom of warmth, rest, herbs, and Qigong. Discover how ancient practices can support recovery, lactation, and emotional balance in simple, accessible ways.

Turn inward and identify your unique needs for rest, nourishment, and emotional wellbeing. Through guided somatic and grounding tools, you’ll create your own Postpartum Anchor – a phrase or value that steadies you through the unpredictable days ahead.
