she/her
Liz is a birth and postpartum doula, postpartum specialist, and mother. For more than ten years, she has supported families as a postpartum specialist and nanny, walking alongside them in those early, tender weeks when everything feels new and the learning curve is steep. After giving birth to her own daughter, something shifted. The experience awakened a deep inner knowing that this work is exactly where she is meant to be.
She completed her doula training through Mother Moon Doula Academy in Melbourne and stepped fully into the role that feels like home to her. Liz is an empath at heart: calm, intuitive, caring, and deeply attuned to how a mother feels. Her intention is simple and steady, to ensure her clients feel seen, heard, supported, and understood, so they can meet motherhood with confidence and trust in their own strength.
Family holds immense importance for Liz, and she understands that birth touches an entire household, not just the person giving birth. She shows up for the whole ecosystem of a family, offering guidance for the late-night worries, reassurance for partners, and gentle support for siblings and shifting dynamics.
Liz believes that mothers and partners deserve care delivered with tenderness, not just instruction. Bringing a baby into the world is profound, and no one should feel they have to do it alone. She warmly welcomes a simple chat over coffee or tea to get to know one another and explore how she can support your family.

Testimonial
“Those first few weeks after bringing our baby home were such a blur, and having Liz there made all the difference. She was calm, kind, and just seemed to know exactly what we needed — even when I didn’t. Whether it was helping me figure out feeding, holding the baby so I could shower, or just listening when I was feeling emotional, she made me feel so supported and cared for. She made our home feel calm again and helped me find my confidence as a new mum. I honestly can’t thank her enough.”
