Tessa Jungling

Birth and Postpartum Doula

Services Frankston, Mornington Peninsula and Bayside areas of Melbourne ◦ Bunurong Land

she/her

Tessa is a mum to three boys, wife of a Tassie man, and a passionate birth and postpartum doula. She trained with Birth for Humankind and has spent the past three years supporting clients through their volunteer program. She is now beginning to welcome her own private clients.

Her strengths lie in offering evidence-based education, a calming presence, and non-judgemental support (along with delicious treats). Her goal is for families to look back on their birth and postpartum as beautiful, positive experiences where they felt supported, informed, and genuinely held.

When she’s not working as a doula, Tessa can be found attempting to bowl in backyard cricket, transforming a Transformer, reading with a cuppa, exploring op shops, or working part-time in her other profession as an orthotist—mainly casting fractures.
