3hr Private Birth Education + Preparation Session
Whether you’re preparing for your first birth, planning a VBAC, navigating anxiety or previous trauma, or simply wanting a calmer, clearer understanding of the birth process.
Our sessions are delivered by doulas across Victoria and each doula brings evidence-based knowledge and lived experience directly into your home, weaving physiology, comfort techniques, emotional preparation, and decision-making into a cohesive, confidence-building session that will see you looking toward birth with joy and exhalation.
Whether you’re birthing in the public system, with a private obstetrician, through midwifery group practice, or planning a home birth, your education is shaped around your chosen model of care, your preferences, and your values.
What we can cover in a session
We will chat over the phone or via zoom to discuss how we can tailor the session for you. We all come to birth with our own stories and experience and this means we all need and want different things. We can skim over the topics you feel good on and zone in on the ones that you feel a bit lost with. Particularly for those planning VBAC’s or who have unique circumstances to consider this can really make space to hone in where it counts.
This is not an exhaustive list; you let us know what you need and we build something just for you.
