This two-day birth education course offers a streamlined, intensive format that maximises your time and its impact, ensuring you get the full benefit of a holistic learning experience in one weekend.

In our course you'll get 2-days of education and connection including:

  • Gentle yoga and meditation for the birthing person and a partner support session will run concurrently

  • Pregnancy and birth physiology – exploring the landscape of birth through anatomy, hormones, the nervous system, and how fear interacts with the process.

  • Understanding labour – sensations, emotions, and physical stages from early labour to birth, including how to create an oxytocin-rich environment.

  • Comfort measures and support tools – massage, rebozo, breath, and movement practices to ease pain and tension throughout labour.

  • Partner and support roles – practical ways partners, doulas, or loved ones can offer calm, grounded presence and manage their own stress.

  • The final weeks of pregnancy – nervous system support, antenatal expression, perineal massage, and optimal alignment for labour.

  • Birth of baby and immediate postpartum – the golden hour, delayed cord clamping, newborn care, and third stage options.

  • Birth as a rite of passage – understanding birth as transformation and exploring what this experience means for you.

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine for pregnancy and birth – with guest facilitator, exploring supportive practices and energetics.

  • Birth Mapping – covering values, decision-making frameworks, consent, and navigating interventions and alternate pathways.

  • Afterbirth and early postpartum – physiology, emotional wellbeing, feeding and sleep foundations, and establishing support systems.

  • Postpartum Pillar Planning – working in pairs to define your anchors, needs, and boundaries for the weeks after birth.

  • Radiant Birth handbook and a host of digital resources

The ticket price covers the cost of the mother or birthing person and a partner or support person.

You can bring along an extra support person for $100, whether it’s a doula, family member or friend.
