Refunds and Cancellations - Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in a Radiant Birth course, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds:

Cancellations by You (the Participant)

  • More than 14 days’ notice before the course start date: You may cancel your booking for a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, or transfer your booking to a future course date (subject to availability) at no additional cost.

  • 7–14 days’ notice: You may transfer your booking to a future course date, or receive a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place with prior notice and approval.

  • Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund or transfer will be offered, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergency or birth-related reasons), in which case a partial credit may be applied at the discretion of Radiant Birth.

Cancellations by Radiant Birth

  • In the unlikely event that Radiant Birth needs to cancel or postpone a course due to facilitator illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A transfer to a future course date of your choice

We will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.

Non-Attendance

  • If you do not attend the course and have not notified us in advance, your booking will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

  • These terms do not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a course is cancelled or significantly changed in a way that breaches your consumer rights, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or compensation) in accordance with those laws.

For any cancellation or refund requests, please contact us in writing at enquiries@radiantbirth.com.au as soon as possible. All refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
