Course Outline

Please find all the information and details that you need in order to prepare for the upcoming birth and postpartum course.

Radiant birth is a holistic, 2-day  immersion lovingly designed to fully support you as you navigate pregnancy and your new skin, as well as prepare you for what lies beyond your bump.

Guided by some of Melbourne’s best educators from the fields of yoga, nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine and birth education this course will provide you with a variety of tools for the safest rite of passage, not just for your baby but for you as you make the transition from maiden to mother or if you’re returning to the birth space again.

We support women, birthing people, and families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with evidence-based knowledge, practical guidance, and deep respect for personal choice. We know that birth is both an intimate experience and a major life transition—one that deserves thoughtful preparation and trusted support.

Our one-of-a-kind birth education blends modern insights with traditional wisdom from both Eastern and Western practices, offering an immersive in-person group course that begins each day with prenatal slow flow yoga and private sessions for a personalised approach. We go beyond standard birth preparation, equipping you with practical tools, physiological understanding, and real-world strategies to help you navigate labour and early parenthood with confidence.

In addition to education, our collective of experienced birth and postpartum doulas, are here to ensure you have continuity of care from pregnancy through the fourth trimester. Whether you’re planning a home birth or a hospital birth, we help you clarify your options, advocate for your choices, and experience birth in a way that aligns with your needs.

We are not just educators—we are active birth workers. Every lecturer and doula at Radiant Birth is in the field, supporting real families in birthing suites, homes, and during the transformative postpartum period. Our knowledge comes from lived experience, ensuring our teaching is practical, relevant, and deeply informed by the realities of birth and life.

With compassion always,

After some more detail?

“A dream birth like this doesn't just happen - it takes work & a great support team. I really wish every mother could have the wonderful care i had. Yahna's guidance and the birthing course had us so damn well informed and therefore super equipped to make decisions when we hit any roadblocks. She kept expectations & realities raw & real, while encouraging me to soften & surrender. Ain't no sugar coating from this babe - just a lot of love, laughs and truth bombs!”
